Size: The width of the poster should not exceed 90 cm. The height should not exceed 120 cm.
Material: The poster can be made of paper (glossy, semi-gloss or matte) or canvas, with “Peg Doc” plastic profiles at the top and bottom (see below).

The organizing committee will provide the following type of poster stand:
So, we ask the participants to prepare the posters with “Peg Doc” plastic profiles at the top and bottom, as shown in the photos below.
These structures can be triangular or round, must be up to 90 cm long (poster size), and must not exceed 15 mm in diameter. No cord is required.
We recommend leaving a 5 cm margin space at the top and bottom of the poster for these structures.
Note 1: The organizing committee will have a few of these “Peg doc” profiles on hand, in case the presenter is unable to prepare their poster using one.
Note 2: If you plan to print your poster in Campinas, we recommend the print shop “Connect Print“, located near Unicamp (R. Roxo Moreira, 1042). We suggest placing your order at least three days in advance to avoid delays.
