In the afternoon of Thursday October 1st we will take a trip to a botanical garden near Campinas, called “Plantarum”.
It will be a time to enjoy the nature and an opportunity to interact with the conference participants!
And at night we will have a special dinner with a lot of samba! Be prepared for good music and learning how to dance with dance teachers!
CRONOGRAM AND INFORMATION:
- The bus will leave at 1:30pm from the parking lot of the conference venue (the organizing committee will guide you, if necessary)
- We will provide water and small snacks in the bus.
- Backpacks, tripods, monopods, and food are not permitted inside the Garden.
- We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and shoes, a hat or cap, sunscreen, and insect repellent.
- Expected time to arrive at the botanical garden: around 2:30pm
- Duration of the visit to the garden: 2 hours (from 2:30pm to 4:30pm)
- We will check who is interested in a guided visit at the in-site registration on Tuesday Sept 29th
- The bus will leave to Campinas at 4:30pm, to avoid traffic
- Expected time to arrive at CPV: 5:30pm
- time to refresh at the hotel
- 06:50pm – the bus will take participants (at the parking lot of the conference venue) to the restaurant to have the special dinner (starting at 7:00pm)
